SubTrack
Know what’s hitting your accounts before it hits your accounts. A 7-day rolling view of every upcoming subscription charge – color-coded by payment source – so surprise debits never throw off your balance again.
Subscriptions Are Invisible Until They Aren’t
Annual renewals, quarterly charges, and irregular billing cycles hit your account without warning – often at the worst possible time.
Subscriptions spread across your personal card, your partner’s card, PayPal, and a business account make it impossible to see the full picture at once.
Maintaining a manual spreadsheet means it’s always slightly out of date – and it never tells you what’s coming up this week.
Not knowing which account needs to be funded before a charge hits leads to overdrafts, declined payments, and interrupted services.
Everything You Need.
Nothing You Don’t.
SubTrack is deliberately lean. Every feature earns its place by solving a real problem with subscription visibility.
The moment you open the app, you see what’s hitting your accounts in the next seven days. Daily totals, color-coded by payment source, with Today / Tomorrow / In Xd badges on a scannable list below.
Full month view with dollar totals and color-coded source dots on each day. Tap any day to see exactly which subscriptions are due and the day’s total charge.
Set up all your accounts once – PayPal, Chase Visa, your partner’s BofA, whatever you use – each with a unique color. Assign each subscription to its source and see charges grouped by account.
At a glance, see how much is hitting each individual account that month so you know exactly what needs to be funded – and where – before the charges land.
Weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual. Enter the first due date and SubTrack calculates every future occurrence automatically – no manual entry required.
A running monthly and annual cost across all subscriptions, always visible. Know your total subscription overhead at a glance – monthly and yearly.
Add, rename, recolor, and manage your payment sources at any time. Full control over your setup without digging through menus.
Export a complete JSON backup of all your subscriptions and sources at any time. Restore from a backup to move to a new device or recover your data – no cloud account needed.
Up and Running in Minutes
SubTrack is designed to be set up once and then just work. No tutorial required.
Open SubTrack in Chrome on any device. Tap the install prompt or use the browser menu to add it to your home screen or desktop. Done in one tap.
Open Settings and add each account you use for subscriptions. Give each one a name and a color – these become your visual identifiers throughout the app.
Add each subscription with its name, amount, billing frequency, first due date, and payment source. SubTrack handles all future date calculations automatically.
Open the app any time to see your 7-day strip, monthly calendar, and per-source totals. No surprises, no scrambling – just clarity.
